1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Diamond Property Maintenance NI ("DPMNI", "we", "us", "our") window cleaning and property maintenance services. By booking any service through our website or app, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Services

DPMNI provides professional window cleaning and related property maintenance services across Belfast and the surrounding areas. Our standard window cleaning service includes windows, sills, and surrounds.

Additional services such as gutter cleaning, patio cleaning, driveway cleaning, and roof cleaning are available as add-on services at an additional cost.

3. Booking & Payments

All bookings are subject to availability and serviceability of your area. Payment is required at the time of booking and is processed securely through Stripe.

Prices are displayed on our website and may be updated from time to time. We will always confirm the price before processing payment.

4. Subscription Plans & Minimum Term

Subscribers benefit from preferential pricing, including introductory offers on their first clean. The subscription covers one clean every 4 weeks at the agreed-upon rate.

After the minimum 6-month period, your subscription will continue on a rolling monthly basis and may be cancelled at any time with appropriate notice.

5. Cancellation Policy

Individual bookings: You may cancel an upcoming clean with at least 48 hours' notice before your scheduled service date, free of charge.

Subscription cancellations: Monthly subscriptions are subject to the 6-month minimum term. Cancellation requests within the minimum period will be noted and the subscription will end at the conclusion of the 6-month term.

Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice may not be eligible for a refund. We understand that emergencies happen — please contact us directly if you need assistance.

6. Access & Property

It is your responsibility to ensure we have adequate access to all areas requiring cleaning. If rear access is locked or inaccessible, we may not be able to clean those areas and a return visit may not be included.

Please remove or secure any fragile or valuable items near windows and cleaning areas prior to our visit.

7. Diamond Rewards Programme

Our Diamond Rewards programme allows you to earn and spend diamonds. Diamonds are earned through bookings, completed cleans, referrals, and purchases.

Diamonds have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash. They may only be redeemed against eligible services on our platform.

We reserve the right to modify the Diamond Rewards programme, including earning rates and redemption values, at any time.

8. Referral Programme

When you refer a friend using your unique referral link, you will receive diamonds when they complete their first booking. Your friend will also receive diamonds upon signing up. Referral rewards are subject to change.

9. Liability

DPMNI is fully insured for public liability. In the unlikely event of accidental damage during our service, please report it within 24 hours and we will investigate and resolve the matter.

We are not liable for damage caused by pre-existing defects, faulty seals, or conditions beyond our control.

10. Data & Privacy

We collect and process your personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Your information is used solely for the purpose of providing our services, managing your account, and communicating about your bookings. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify you of any significant changes via email.
